Здравствуйте, на Вики присутствуют две статьи про Корень Таро. Одна полностью закончена и в названии слово "таро" с большой буквы, в другой - с маленькой, и она не закончена. Автосборщик

Obviously I don't speak Russian, but the wiki has to reflect the game, so if the item is called "авто-сборщик" in-game, it has to be called "авто-сборщик" on the wiki. :There is a dedicated thread on the official forums for reporting bad translations: https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/dedicated-typo-and-translation-error-thread.3314/

You can also add a "Notes" or "Bugs" section to the page indicating how the translation is bad, and what the item should be called. There you can point out that the in-game translation is bad.

Hi, can you tell me why the "Яйца" page was deleted? The main argument is "only duplicate information". I agree with this statement. But why are there articles "Фрукты" and "Овощи"? Sometimes you come to a wiki and a mess already exists, but people are used to the mess, and don't want it removed. The only thing you can do is keep the mess from getting larger. This is one of those cases.

Creating new pages

Hello, Margotbean! Can I specify links on non-existent pages? For example this page (https://it.stardewvalleywiki.com/%27Fra_1000_anni%27) does not exist, but articles refer to it (https://stardewvalleywiki.com/%271000_Years_From_Now%27 | https://fr.stardewvalleywiki.com/%22Dans_1000_ans%22 | https://ja.stardewvalleywiki.com/%E3%80%8C1000%E5%B9%B4%E5%BE%8C%E3%80%8D | etc). Can I give links in other languages for this (or any other) non-existent page? That is, to create an article, specifying only links to other languages. I think it can help people when translating. Hello Zirryban! The problem is that you have been caught in the spam prevention filter. If you make a series of smaller edits, skipping the parts with external links, and save in between each edit, then when you're done, you will be able to add links. Программы перевода

Hi! What translation tools do you use? I can recommend DeepL, it uses neural network technology for machine translation. Even though it's not perfect, it's quite accurate, and after translating it's enough to slightly tweak the resulting text. It itself has a free web version, albeit with slightly limited functionality. I myself discovered it recently, and I'm slowly getting into the translator environment, as I have a slight level of English. Thank you very much for your work <3! (I translated this post using DeepL)

Thank you for the tip about the translator. I try not to translate too much, because it will turn out badly, but for short phrases I just use google translate with Chrome browser.

Thank you for your reply. I kind of figured out how to create pages and links to them. At the moment I'm just copying bits and pieces from English-language wiki and translating them into Russian. Already created and edited some pages. I hope they are designed correctly.

Localized graphic set

Hello Margotbean! Russian version of the game unlike many other language versions (French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, almost all) isn't fully localized, I mean captions on the buildings etc. I've solved this problem, making RU localized sprites! This one for buildings in-game, I've done this for all 4 seasons of the year. How it can be included in the official translation? Hey Margotbean! It would also be nice to rename some links in the sidebar. "Непереведённая страница" should be "Непереведённые страницы" (plural form). Also "Официальный товар" means "Official product". There's no good formal way to say "Merchandise" in Russian, so I'd suggest "Официальный магазин" (Official shop) or at least "Официальные товары" (Official products). Thank you! Infobox mousehat
