While at the entrance of the [[Volcano Dungeon]], you can make a path across the lava to the left. When you make your way across, you'll find another small part of the dungeon where you can exit again. This exit leads to the river north of the dig site, where you can find 2 [[Golden Walnut]]s.

At level 10, to the left, there is another way down which takes the player right to the bottom of the mountain. From here a door can be opened by a button, enabling instant travel between the [[Forge]] and the dungeon's entryway.
